Current Issues: In Diseases, Pandemics and Viruses (Ebola)

#1 Post by Andy F » Wed May 22, 2019 5:03 pm

Florida Maquis has been covering the Ebola "news" and he does a good job, using relevant sources which I trust.
If it's medical, I pay attention.
The Ebola issue, is worse then most people realize.

Ebola virus is killed using a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-registered hospital disinfectant [PDF – 278KB] external icon with a label claim for a non-enveloped virus. On dry surfaces, like doorknobs and countertops, the virus can survive for several hours. However, in body fluids, like blood, the virus can survive up to several days at room temperature. https://www.epa.gov/sites/production/fi ... listl_.pdf
Lysol products (tub and tile)
Clorox products with bleach

Transmission page https://www.cdc.gov/vhf/ebola/transmission/index.html
Ebola Signs and Symptoms https://www.cdc.gov/vhf/ebola/symptoms/index.html
Fever
Severe headache
Muscle pain
Weakness
Fatigue
Diarrhea
Vomiting
Abdominal (stomach) pain
Unexplained hemorrhage (bleeding or bruising)

While in an area affected by Ebola, it is important to avoid the following:
Contact with blood and body fluids (such as urine, feces, saliva, sweat, vomit, breast milk, semen, and vaginal fluids).
Items that may have come in contact with an infected person’s blood or body fluids (such as clothes, bedding, needles, and medical equipment).
Funeral or burial rituals that require handling the body of someone who died from EVD.
Contact with bats and nonhuman primates or blood, fluids and raw meat prepared from these animals (bushmeat) or meat from an unknown source.
Contact with semen from a man who had EVD until you know the virus is gone from the semen.

There is currently no vaccine licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to protect people from Ebola virus.

Treatment is supportive, IV Fluids, Cardiovascular medications, anti-Emetics, anti-Diarrheal, etc. https://www.cdc.gov/vhf/ebola/treatment/index.html

Somalia is right near CHAD, Africa. Somali Muslim immigrants are here, still coming here, where the largest Somali community (that I know of) is in Ilhan Omar's area, Minnesota. By the way, do you remember about the couple dozen Somali's who killed the white people there, using hammers to bash in their heads?
It wasn't in the "news" now was it?
No.

MORGELLONS SKIN DISEASE

On 20th October the BCA-academy in cooperation with the Charles E. Holman Morgellons Disease Foundation held a successful 1st Annual European Medical-Scientific Conference on Morgellons Disease in Augsburg, Germany. More than 40 physicians, patients and their close relatives from all over the world (USA, Canada, The Netherlands, UK, Austria, Italy, Germany, etc) attended the conference. We are already planning the next conference for October 2019. If you are interested in receiving material, please contact us on info@bca-academy.com.

Morgellons is very real. The medical community is finally recognizing it is a valid disease of unknown origins.
edited to fix YT link.

Texas man got tattoo, went swimming in the Gulf, got infection of waterborne Vibriosis, which turned into Sepsis, then he died.

Photo of Vibriosis infection. Those are Bullae, or large infectious blisters.
I'm hunting down photos of skin symptoms of fairly common infections to look out for.

Amoeba is rare but found throughout the USA.

Guilford County man dies after infected by brain-eating amoeba in NC lake at a water park
GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — A Guilford County man died after an amoeba entered his body and led to a deadly illness, according to the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services. https://myfox8.com/2019/07/25/guilford- ... lina-lake/

Health officials confirmed that the death was directly related to Naegleria fowleri, also known as the "brain-eating amoeba," which is naturally present in warm freshwater during the summer. It was first identified in Australia in 1960s, but is now found throughout USA.

Eddie Gray was in the Fantasy Lake water park in Hope Mills with a mission group from Kernersville's Sedge Garden United Methodist Church when the amoeba entered his body, WRAL reports.

The Centers for Disease Control say this amoeba enters the system through the nose before going into the brain.

The core antimicrobial treatment consists of antifungal drug amphotericin B, which inhibits the pathogen by binding to its cell membrane sterols, thus leading to cell membrane disruption and pathogen death, however the fatality rate even with this treatment is greater than 95%. New treatments are being sought. Miltefosine, an antiparasitic drug which inhibits the pathogen via disrupting its cell survival signal pathway PI3K/Akt/mTOR, has been used in a few cases with mixed results.

National Academy of Science: DISEASE WATCH LIST.
Be wary of Flu/Pneumonia vaccines. I know too much to EVER recommend those vaccines, mainly for Elders in Nursing Homes AND those living out in community. You can do what you want though :ugeek:

Go to the Lawyers,

Pig Virus Found in Merck's Rotavirus Vaccine - yourlawyer.com

https://www.yourlawyer.com/defective-dr ... s-vaccine/
Virus Found In Rotavirus Vaccine. DNA from two types of pig virus have been detected in samples of Merck & Co.'s RotaTeq vaccine.According to The Wall Street Journal, one of the pig-virus types found in the Merck vaccine is the same one found in GlaxoSmithKline's Rotarix vaccine in March.

The agency had scheduled a meeting today to discuss Rotarix vaccine. The advisory panel will now discuss both vaccines and whether pig viruses pose risks to humans.

This is not the first time rotavirus vaccines have caused concerns. In 2007, the FDA warned that RotaTeq had been associated with a serious side effect called intussusception – a twisting or obstruction of the intestines that can be fatal.

At the time, the agency said it had received reports of 28 cases of intussusception between February 3, 2006 through January 31, 2007 in infants who received RotaTeq. In 1999, Wyeth was forced to pull its rotavirus vaccine from the market due to similar concerns about intussusception.

There are NO safe vaccines. Never have been safe, never will be safe.
Safe vaccines? None. Zip. NADA!
