Making Rainbow Pesto - w/recipe
Pesto is Super easy to make, but best made by hand. My kids have always called this recipe Rainbow Pesto, because we use regular basil, purple basil and lemon basil...but in the end it's still green
We use pesto on pasta often, but it's great with fresh pita, crackers, added to sandwiches...etc. You can find the full recipe and how to make it in the link...

Applesauce = Apple Butter
This is for Slow Cooker. Amount of Applesauce depends on size of your cooker. I use 2 Qt for this.
Fill cooker 1/2 to 2/3 full with jarred Applesauce. Add cinnamon to taste. I add about 1/2 tsp per 3 cups. I also add a slight amount of Cayenne Pepper.
Hi then Low Temperature, check your temps.
I cook mine on HI for ~10 hours (185 degrees) to cook moisture down, then on LOW (160 deg) for about 14 hours more. Cook on LOW until dark brown, smooth and very thick.
24 hours is right for my cooker. They're all different but it's hard to overcook Apple Butter. YUM

^^^ Forgot the P-Nut Butter and WW bread. It's a meal, with an Apple.
