That's just awesome! I did a huge amount of reading a while back on the different hives. I'm not sure what your primary purpose of your beekeeping is (honey, wax, pollination, etc) butI do know the standard Langstroth hives are indeed pretty expensive. But all the other gear is more expensive than that so I recommend you do some more networking and make friends with a nice beekeeper who will let you process the honey using their equipment
Whichever system you decide on, I thoroughly recommend a bee hut for the reasons explained in this video:
And since you have a bee hut, it makes sense to build Warre hives because they are really cheap to build, you can adapt them for frames, and the hut provides a solid structure for a hive lift (no heavy lifting).
