To prepare

#1 Post by aarnevaktis » Thu Dec 06, 2018 11:52 pm

I asked my 3 kids, 5 to 11, to help me out a little. I orderd them up on stools, gave them some dirt, asked them to mix it. Gave them claypots, and asked them, what would you like to grow in this pots? They simply didnt get it. The pots and earth was playthings :) I do not blaim them, that they do not know the difference, is TOTALY my fault....

What I did today, was realising (spelling) my own shortcomings, when it comes to understanding the problems with other people. I can teach my own kids, but I can not teach the rest of my country.

Try telling them they're too young to do it themselves and they won't be able to do it.
And encourage them watch you do it with great joy. You appear to teach them why only you can do it the correct way.
Kids are funny, they will try to prove you wrong. Always.

It's the old Huckleberry Finn game, painting the fence :D

Sorry but that was a bad advice. Telling a kid you can't do it will lead to having them living at home at the age if 30.I rather have em learn thst you need to work for what you want. And encurage them to try again if they fail.
